Named after my grandfather, Don Godo is our signature coffee originates from a single-source farm, yet we often refer to it as a our family blend due to the carefully curated ratio of different Arabica beans.
Typically roasted to a medium-dark profile, it offers a bold aroma with rich notes of dark chocolate and citrus, reminiscent of orange peel. When ground, the citrus notes become more pronounced, enhancing the coffee’s complexity. Upon extraction, it delivers a smooth, well-balanced cup with a mild aroma, preserving its dark chocolate undertones. With low acidity, a medium body, and no bitterness, this blend is an excellent choice for everyday enjoyment.
