Refund policy

  • For products other than coffee beans, you may exchange them within 30 days, provided they are unused. However, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • We regret that coffee beans are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once they have been shipped. As our weekly stock is limited, we strive to dispatch orders within the same roast week. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned coffee beans once they have been shipped.
  • If your merchandise is lost or damaged, please reach out to contact@godos.coffee, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email contact@godos.coffee with your name, order number, the items, and the reason for the change. We will do our best to honor your request; however, orders that have already been processed cannot be altered or canceled.
  • In the event of a fulfillment mistake or defective product, we will rectify any errors and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
