A Note From Carlos Rodezno

Coffee is more than just a drink in my family—it’s our legacy.

My name is Carlos Rodezno, and coffee isn’t just a business for me—it’s a part of who I am.

Growing up, I didn’t fully realize the depth of my family’s connection to coffee. It was always there—a part of our daily life, our traditions, and our gatherings. But it wasn’t until my grandfather, Godo, passed away that I truly understood what he had built and the responsibility I had to carry it forward.

While I spent time with him on the farm as a child, I was never the one making the big decisions. He spoke, and things happened. But after he was gone, I found myself stepping into a role I never expected—one that required me to not only uphold the quality he was known for but also carve my own path forward.

That’s how Godo’s Coffee was born. Instead of simply continuing our farm’s production, I wanted to bring our coffee directly to the people who would appreciate it most. I didn’t want our beans to be just another commodity—I wanted them to tell a story, to represent the care, tradition, and passion that have been passed down through generations.

Today, I focus on bringing our coffee from our farm in El Salvador to customers, businesses, cafés, and roasteries across the U.S. and soon, beyond. Whether through roasted beans or green (oro) coffee, my goal is to share not just a great cup of coffee, but a piece of our family’s heritage.

Welcome to Godo’s Coffee—I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
